Materials Available
Hastelloy
Corrosion-resistant hastelloy alloys are suited for a variety of corrosive acid environments. hastelloy is one of the most versatile corrosion resistant alloys with strengths including excellent stress cracking and localized corrosion resistance.
Monel
Monel fasteners exhibit good corrosion resistance over a wide range of temperatures. monel fasteners are often used in applications involving hydrofluoric acid due to their exceptional resistance. they are often utilized in marine and oil extraction and refinery processes.
Inconnel
Inconnel alloys are oxidation and corrosion resistant materials that excel in high pressure and temperature environments. their strength is at elevated temperatures while still maintaining good corrosion resistance.
Titanium
titanium fasteners offer benefits in strength, weight, and corrosion resistance. they are necessary a high strength to weight ratio and resistance to corrosion and stress cracking is needed.
alloy 20
Alloy 20 fasteners are often used in mid level corrosive environments due to their corrosive resistance above steel, but not at the performance level of nickel based alloys such as hastelloy. Their benefit is that they can still provide moderate corrosion resistance for a cost less than that of its higher performance competitors.
